westenzlue provides professional recovery and mobility services, including but not limited to assisted stretching sessions, therapeutic massage treatments, and cryotherapy services. All services are provided by qualified professionals in accordance with industry standards and applicable regulations. Service availability may vary and is subject to appointment scheduling and practitioner availability.

Our services are designed to promote wellness and recovery, but they may not be suitable for everyone. You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may affect your ability to safely participate in our treatments. You acknowledge that physical treatments carry inherent risks, and you participate at your own risk. We strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before beginning any new treatment program.
Appointments must be booked in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting us directly. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges equivalent to the full service fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full appointment fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will provide reasonable notice and offer alternative arrangements.
Payment for services is due at the time of booking or upon completion of treatment, as specified during the booking process. We accept various payment methods as displayed at our facility and on our website. All prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice, though any changes will not affect services already booked and paid for.
All content on our website and materials related to our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of westenzlue or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission. Our treatment methodologies, techniques, and proprietary approaches are confidential and proprietary to westenzlue.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, westenzlue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort, or otherwise.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive to provide high-quality professional services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our treatments. Individual results may vary based on numerous factors including your health condition, adherence to recommendations, and other personal circumstances.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless westenzlue, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. You may discontinue use of our services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, though provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
westenzlue shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government regulations. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients and provide alternative arrangements where possible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claims.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and westenzlue with respect to our services.
